Shipping Informations
International Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how your medication is shipped, handled, and delivered — cold chain protocols, carriers, timelines, and prescription requirements.
Validated insulated packaging, calibrated to hold 2°–8°C throughout transit.
Typical transit once dispensed. Expedited overnight and two-day options available.
A valid prescription from a licensed physician is required for every order, no exceptions.
Prescription Requirements
A valid prescription written by a medical practitioner licensed in your area of residence is required for every order, without exception. This applies to all medications we carry — GLP-1s, biologics, insulins, and specialty injectables.
All prescriptions must be written in English. If your prescription is in another language, a certified English translation is required before your order can be processed.
You may submit your prescription by uploading a clear photo or PDF during checkout, or by emailing it directly to us. Every prescription is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before your order is dispensed — this review is not automated.
Shipping Carriers
All orders dispatch from our licensed Canadian pharmacy partner using established, tracked carriers experienced with pharmaceutical and temperature-sensitive shipments. Every shipment is tracked end-to-end from pharmacy to delivery.
| Service Level | Carrier | Tracking | Typical Transit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Canada Post / USPS | Full end-to-end | 5–7 business days |
| Expedited | Major express couriers | Full end-to-end | Overnight – 2 business days |
Total delivery time — from order confirmation through pharmacist review, dispensing, and transit — is typically 7–10 business days on standard service. We recommend placing your order at least 10 days before your current supply is exhausted.
Cold Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Medications
Cold chain integrity is central to everything we do. All GLP-1s, biologics, insulins, and specialty injectables require strict temperature control from dispensing through final delivery. We treat this as non-negotiable.
- Validated insulated packaging — boxes validated for pharmaceutical use, maintaining 2°–8°C throughout transit.
- Calibrated gel packs — pack quantities adjusted seasonally and by destination climate.
- Temperature monitoring on request — indicators and data loggers available for partners and patients who require documented verification.
- Replacement guarantee — if a shipment arrives with evidence of a temperature excursion, contact us and we will reship at no charge.
Shipping Costs
- Costs are calculated by service level, medication type, and destination, and shown clearly before you confirm your order.
- Expedited options carry a higher cost than standard delivery.
- Cold-chain medications carry a higher shipping cost than ambient-temperature medications due to validated packaging.
- For B2B partner programs, shipping costs and structures are agreed during onboarding.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every order we dispatch. If something goes wrong, we resolve it.
- Temperature compromise — do not use the medication; contact us for a no-cost replacement.
- Lost in transit — if not arrived within 14 business days of expected delivery, contact us; confirmed-lost orders are reshipped at no charge.
- Incorrect medication or quantity — contact us within 5 business days for a no-cost correction.
- Damaged packaging — photograph before opening and contact us within 5 business days.
