Adbry (tralokinumab-ldrm) is a human monoclonal antibody indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy. Unlike broad immunosuppressants, Adbry specifically targets interleukin-13 (IL-13), a cytokine involved in the inflammatory processes underlying eczema. By neutralizing IL-13, Adbry helps reduce skin inflammation, itching, and lesions, improving overall skin clearance and quality of life.

It is administered by subcutaneous injection, typically every other week after an initial loading dose, and may be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Clinical studies have shown significant improvement in skin clearance, itch reduction, and disease control compared with placebo.

Common side effects include upper respiratory tract infections, injection site reactions, and conjunctivitis. Unlike some systemic treatments, Adbry does not require initial laboratory testing or ongoing routine bloodwork monitoring.
